This policy explains how Humdes OÜ processes personal data of Website visitors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to inquiries and providing services — contract or pre-contract steps (GDPR art 6(1)(b)).
- Improving the Website and statistics — legitimate interest (art 6(1)(f)).
- Legal obligations (accounting, tax records) — law (art 6(1)(c)).
4. Data retention
Contact inquiries are kept for up to 3 years from the last interaction. Accounting records are kept for 7 years as required by law. Anonymous analytics are kept for up to 26 months.

The Website uses technical cookies required for it to function, and statistics cookies. You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with our service providers (e.g. web hosting, email service) under contract, or as required by law.
